Led by Presenters Jim Doherty (MRSC), Flannary Collins (MRSC), and Morgan Damerow, (Assistant Attorney General, Local Government Consultation Program), this full-day, in-person training will cover the essentials of the Public Records Act (PRA), then move to more advanced PRA guidance and practical tips that will help local government agency staff manage and complete public records requests.
PRA Essentials Plus meets Open Government Training Act requirements and, pending approval, meets WAPRO certification requirements. The training also offers 5.0 hours of CLE (legal) credit.
