What is ARMA?

ARMA International is a not-for-profit association serving more than 10,000 information and  records management professionals in the United States, Canada, and over 30 other nations. 

ARMA International
members include records and information managers, MIS, IT, and ADP professionals, imaging specialists, archivists, hospital records administrators, legal administrators, librarians, and educators.

ARMA International is divided into 12 Regions, each with a Region Director who serves on the International Board of Directors. There are over 150 chapters throughout the US, Canada, Japan, Jamaica, and New Zealand.  Local chapters hold regular meetings to provide members with networking, education, and leadership opportunities throughout the year.

Why Greater Seattle Chapter, of ARMA International?

Members participate in a wide variety of records management activities including records retention scheduling, disaster planning and vital records recovery, archival records, imaging, file plans, records destruction, and intellectual property protection. 

Greater Seattle Chapter

We currently have about 90 members. The Chapter holds monthly meetings to discuss a variety of records management and related issues.  The Chapter has a great mixture of records and information management professionals working in the public, private, and vendor sectors in the Greater Seattle Chapter area - from Everett through south Seattle.  To join Greater Seattle Chapter indicate chapter Greater Seattle when selecting chapters.  Our chapter dues are $25.00.
