Adapting to Scale: Comparing IG Targets in Large and Small Organizations

We all want to be great at what we do, but how much should the size of our organization affect the targets for our IG program? Smaller organizations often struggle to generate and maintain a complete suite of RIM policies because the work is time-consuming and often exceeds our resources. But in large organizations, the demands seem to be endless. This panel discussion will address breadth vs. depth in different size organizations and include recommendations on narrowing options if you need to tackle a whole series of issues.

We invite you to join the Greater Seattle chapter as our member experts Wendy Gibson, Amy Woodfin, Kathleen Clark, and Peter Frix, give you their perspective on navigating IM/IG in organizations from global to local.
