Description: Local governments collect vast amounts of data but not all of it helps to inform good governance. Our Using Data Visualization to Make Better Decisions webinar will look at how local governments interpret and use data to inform policy decisions and educate the public.

 

Educational objectives: This webinar will look at data sources for local governments, communicating data-driven results to decision-makers, and how local governments can present data a compelling and informative way. We will also touch upon the public’s expectations of interactive data and how to make sure yours is both available and credible.

 

Who should attend?Local government analysts, managers, IT staff, and anyone who prepares data-driven staff reports for elected officials should plan to attend this event!
